SpringClean

Thanks to a small group of truly dedicated volunteers, who were willing to
work outside in the rain, we successfully cleared out all of the overgrown
weeds from the large planter in front of the Walter P. Taylor Boys and Girls
Club and planted a brand-new garden. (I wish I had taken a "before" photo
to show how the planter looked before we attacked it!)

Also, thanks to the hard work of Janise Wagner, both of the bathrooms
inside the Club are now spic and span clean! (Sorry I didn't take a picture of
the restrooms or Janise!)

Most of us took a few minutes to sit down and share some pizza with some
of the kids from the Club.

Because we have consistently showed up almost every month for a year
now, we are really feeling connected and accepted by the folks from the
Walter P. neighborhood. Please pray about the possibility of your family
becoming involved with this fun and meaningful opportunity to serve and
show the love of Jesus!
