Concert & Fundraiser at Altar'd State Jon Hatton put on a silent auction/fundraiser to try to raise money for him to go to YWAM in September. This auction is still going on at Altar'd State . . . it will end at 9:00 pm Wednesday Jan 30. He has about ten paintings for sale, and Altar'd State already bought one and has it hanging on their wall. Please try to stop by the store (in Turkey Creek, behind Red Robin) before Wednesday evening to bid on an original Jon Hatton painting . . . They Are Amazing! CCM performed a free concert outside of the store, and we all enjoyed hearing some more of their music and poetry. |
Altar'd State surprised Shawn and Sally by presenting them with a check which represented 10% of the their Monday sales for a month! They call it "Missions Monday", and it is a great new way that Altar'd State is trying to help support local mission organizations. We are honored that the Z Foundation was selected as their first recepient! |
